Go-to-marketRemote (U.S.) or Austin, TXFull-time

Go-to-Market Engineer

Execute on the tactical front from day one: partner nurture, paid acquisition and the funnels behind them. Learn the business, get results, and grow into the strategy.

About the role

Turn partner traction and organic attention into qualified pipeline for integrated payments, integrated commerce and integrated healthcare.

Partner programs

  • Run messaging and sequences to partner sales reps through the tools and systems already in place.
  • Deliver training, onboarding and ramp-up so new partner reps sell with confidence.
  • Review messages and replies, confirm deals are moving through the pipeline, and step in when they stall.
  • Keep each partner supported and the relationship moving forward.

Demand and paid acquisition

  • Monitor Clarity's YouTube channels (four today, six planned) and organic SEO for long-tail topics that are gaining traction.
  • Turn those signals into paid search and paid YouTube tests with the agency partners.
  • Acquire new customers in integrated eCommerce, integrated healthcare and integrated payments.

Funnel operations

  • Own the logistics of landing pages, funnels and drip campaigns.
  • Coordinate follow-up so people show up to the meetings our outreach books.
  • Keep CRM and attribution data clean enough to make decisions with.

Agencies and reporting

  • Coordinate the external agencies and consultants on Google paid ads, YouTube organic, Google organic SEO and paid YouTube.
  • Publish a weekly view of tests, cost per qualified meeting, show rate and partner pipeline.

Your first 90 days

  1. Days 1–30 · Learn the business, ship the first wins

Product certification on Payment Hub and Clarity Connect. Take over the partner rep message queue and the meeting follow-up sequence. Launch the first paid test from an organic topic.

  2. Days 31–60 · Own the weekly rhythm

Weekly partner pipeline review. Agency syncs with clear asks. Dashboard of tests, cost per qualified meeting and show rate.

  3. Days 61–90 · Propose the next quarter

Bring a plan for next quarter's partner programs and paid tests, based on what the data showed.
